Tonight, to celebrate The Bat's 30th birthday we're heading to one of
those South American all-you-can-shovel meat places.
My sis and I hit one of these places when she was in HTown. It was
quite the event. There was so much meat. We kept joking that we should
order some sort of meat based desert. Maybe we enjoyed it so much
because we were raised in a fairly low red meat household.
While The Bat is forgoing quantities of meat that would shame a TRex, I
am going to go whole hog. I don't plan on having to unbutton my pants
but I will enjoy myself. I don't eat a huge amount of red meat
regurarly so this should all come out in the wash. One of my goals is
to photograph the whole affair one plate at a time. At least until meat
psychosis sets in.
I shall be the Grand Marshall of the Parade of Meat!
